Break Through, Embrace New Growth | Dayuan Pump Holds Successful 2026 Reform Conference

On the afternoon of July 30, the 2026 Reform Conference of Dayuan Pump was held in Wenling, Zhejiang Province. Centered on the theme "Break Through, Embrace New Growth" the conference brought together the company's core management team and departmental backbones.

Participants systematically reviewed phased reform achievements, confronted developmental challenges head-on, and rolled out strategic plans for comprehensive and in-depth reform. This milestone event marks the official entry of Dayuan Pump into a brand-new development era.

1. The conference opened with a keynote speech Unite for Innovation, Forge New Growth by Huang Yafang, Deputy General Manager of the Civil Pump Division. She detailed the company's upgraded 2026 operational principles, centering on four cornerstones: market orientation, corporate culture, brand building and high-end products.

Simplicity, Efficiency, Integrity and Collaboration have been finalized as the company's core values. They will underpin corporate development and steer all business operations across the board.

 

2. Joint Efforts, Full-scale Reform

The conference covers the entire chain of corporate operations. The eight core business segments presented their respective development plans one after another, forming an all-round, multi-dimensional and systematic reform matrix.

① Manufacturing System: Build an Agile Modern Manufacturing System

At the conference, Xu Feng, Production Director & Head of the In-house Components Division, said the Manufacturing Center will pursue breakthrough, restructuring and leap-forward growth to build an efficient, agile modern manufacturing system.

It will cultivate three integrated strengths focusing on cost, efficiency and customer needs. By applying lean tools such as value stream analysis, one-piece flow and rapid die change, we will shorten WIP inventory turnover and mold switching time.

In addition, seamless data linkage across ERP, Kingdee Cloud Cosmos and MES will enable digitally intelligent production.

 

② R&D System: Build Barriers for Core Technological Competitiveness

R&D Director Wang Yukuang shared strategies to build core R&D competitiveness by boosting quality, speeding up progress and cutting costs.

The company will widely apply DFMEA, carry out early supplier cooperation, adopt platform & modular development, and set up exclusive funds for technical pre-research. A centralized library for failure cases and technical documents will be built as well.

We will optimize agile R&D procedures, turn implicit experience into reusable resources, conquer key technical barriers and escape homogeneous competition.

 

③ HR & Administration: Stimulate Internal Motivation of All Staff

Qiu Jilian, Director of the HR & Administration Department, delivered a sharing themed Unite for Transformation, Ignite the Internal Drive of Every Employee. She elaborated on the core initiatives, phased achievements and future plans of the department amid reform and innovation.

By means of organizational restructuring, talent energization and mechanism optimization, the department is committed to fully arousing the endogenous motivation of all personnel.

 

④ Product Philosophy: Return to the Essence of User Value
The Well Pump and Product Divisions advocate abandoning outdated manufacturing habits and refocusing on products. We will shift from production-based operation to demand-driven production.

Guided by four directions: better adaptability, higher efficiency, stronger practicality and greater value, we will set up fast iteration systems to perceive market trends, striving for a more than 30% improvement in iteration efficiency.

⑤ Channel Ecosystem: 5+5 Network Drives New Growth

Domestic Sales Director Zhu Xuming released a three-year strategy: Break New Channel Ecosystems, Build Smart Growth Engines.

We will construct a 5-online-platform + 5-offline-channel 3D network, forming a closed loop of online lead acquisition, offline experience and omnichannel sales.

Traditional channels will adopt tiered management, benchmark store building and dealer empowerment, helping distributors shift from waiting for customers to actively developing markets. We will also layout new business avenues to create our second growth curve.

 

⑥ Quality & Service System: Secure Quality Across the Full Chain

The Quality & Service team is revamping its full-link system to shift quality management from passive remedy to active prevention.

A dual-track mechanism of full-process and special inspection, a four-level closed-loop quality control system, and a professional QA team will be established. By building a lesson-learned library and standardizing change management, the company achieves continuous quality improvement.

After-sales service is also upgraded from passive complaint handling to active customer visitation. Regular key customer visits will deliver stable quality and efficient service, building long-term customer trust.

 

3. Full-scale Innovation, Embark on a New Development Journey

At the end of the conference, Han Yuanping, Chairman of Dayuan Pump, delivered the closing speech and put forward three core requirements for all employees.
