Daily maintenance and overhaul of submersible pumps for wells
Feb 03, 2022| The submersible electric pump for wells is an important water-lifting tool, which is directly connected to the motor and the water pump. The submersible electric pump for wells is mainly used for farmland irrigation and human and livestock water in plateau and mountainous areas. It can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites. In addition, the submersible electric pump for wells can produce submersible pumps for special purposes such as seawater and mines according to user needs. The submersible electric pump for wells has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, convenient installation, use and maintenance, safe and reliable transportation, and energy saving.
In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the submersible electric pump for wells, prolong the service life, and prevent failures during operation, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance and repair of the electric submersible electric wells pumps at ordinary times. maintenance.
Today, we continue to introduce the daily maintenance of electric well submersible pumps:
(1) Regularly check the ground insulation resistance of the well submersible electric pump to check whether the cable is damaged; if any damage is found, it needs to be replaced in time to prevent leakage;
(2) Regularly check the operating voltage and current of the submersible electric pump for wells, and the values obtained by measuring the three-phase voltage with a voltmeter should be basically the same;
(3) During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to carefully observe whether the readings of each instrument and the vibration and sound of the submersible electric pump for wells are normal. If there is any abnormal situation, it needs to be dealt with in time.
When the operation of the submersible electric pump for the well is too frequent and the operation time is long, the submersible electric pump for the well should be repaired and repaired once a year. For common faults, corresponding maintenance is carried out according to the following different situations:
(1) The water cannot be extracted or the lift cannot meet the demand: most of the bearings of the submersible electric pump for wells have been damaged. At this time, the upper and lower screws on the submersible electric pump for wells can be unscrewed, and then the blades and rotors can be taken out, and the bearings can be removed. Gently knock it out and replace it with a bearing of the same specification.
(2) Poor sealing: When the sealing box leaks oil, there will be oil stains at the water inlet. At this time, you should unscrew the screw to check the oil chamber to see if water has entered. If the oil compartment has been flooded, it must be sealed with a new sealing box. When replacing, it is necessary to first remove the pump cover of the submersible electric pump for wells, remove the impeller, bakelite, gasket, water thrower and other accessories, then remove the water inlet, remove the key and bushing on the shaft, and seal the seal. The sealing box can be replaced after the fixing piece of the box is removed.
(3) The outlet pipe is damaged and leaked: replace the outlet pipe or take measures to block the leaking place.
(4) Startup capacitor failure: replace the capacitor with the same size.
(5) Stuck pump: Most of the impellers of the water pump are stuck by foreign objects in the water and cannot be rotated. At this time, the screw in the center of the impeller needs to be unscrewed to clean up the foreign objects.
(6) Leakage: This is due to the water entering the pump body of the submersible electric pump for the well, which causes the motor winding.
