Structural principle of oil-immersed submersible pump:

1. Motor part
The motor is located at the lower part of the oil-immersed submersible pump, which is a three-phase squirrel-cage induction vertical motor. The inner cavity of the motor is filled with No. 5 mechanical oil to facilitate the heat dissipation, cooling and bearing lubrication of the motor windings. The motor is Class B insulation. The bottom cover, oil chamber water inlet and outlet box of the oil-immersed submersible pump are made of cast iron, and the power cable used by the motor is YZW type or other types of cables with equivalent performance.
The motor has new ideas in terms of structure. The traditional structure of setting rubber expansion parts in the lower part of the motor cavity to adjust the pressure of the motor cavity is changed, and the oil filling amount of the motor stator cavity is controlled, and a certain cavity is left in the upper part of the motor stator cavity. 2. Sealing part
The dynamic seal is located in the oil chamber composed of the water inlet section and the upper end cover at the shaft extension of the motor. It adopts a double-end unbalanced mechanical seal structure. The first seal module pair is made of hard alloy, and the second seal module is made of ceramics. Good performance such as abrasion and high temperature resistance, long service life and good sealing effect. The static seal is located at the joint of each part of the electric pump, and adopts "O" type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring.
3. Pump part
The materials used in the water pump parts of various electric pumps of different specifications are cast iron. If the user proposes corrosion resistance requirements, the pump part can be coated with stainless steel or cast iron parts with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, but it needs to be specified in the order that the pump part is located in the motor. The upper part is composed of impeller, guide vane and pump body. 4. Control part
The control part protects the motor parts of the electric pump, and can provide users with corresponding starting control protection cabinets. Motors above 30KW are equipped with an overheating protection switch at the end of the stator winding. When the motor temperature rises too high, the switch will automatically reset. User-configured controls should protect the pump against overload, overheating, phase loss, overvoltage and undervoltage.
