The submersible pump float switch is a device for self-controlling the water pump. It detects the water level through the rise and fall of the external float, so as to control the start and stop of the water pump. The switch is generally composed of a float ball, a float rod, and a switch. When the water level rises, the float ball floats up, causing the float rod to follow up, thereby driving the switch to close, and the water pump starts to work. When the water level drops, the floating ball sinks, the floating rod follows, the switch is disconnected, and the water pump stops working. The advantages of the float switch are simple and reliable structure, flexible and convenient operation, and can automatically control the operation of the water pump without manual intervention. It is especially suitable for occasions that require automatic drainage, such as reservoirs, ditches, and basements. The disadvantage is that it will be affected by water quality and environment, and it is prone to malfunction or failure, so regular maintenance and replacement are required.
